Enrich your breakfast deliciously with dried fruits and nuts!

We all know that a nutritious and balanced breakfast can give you energy and help you fight hunger for the rest of the day. Always include nuts or dried fruits either in your yogurt or in your smoothie in moderation and take advantage of their rich beneficial properties.

Recipes - Suggestions

1) Yogurt with oats, nuts and dried fruits

NGREDIENTS
1 - 2 tbsp oats or any other cereal
1/2 tsp fresh orange juice
1/2 dried fruit
3 - 4 tbsp strained yogurt honey
nuts of your choice

IMPLEMENTATION
Put the oats in a large bowl and add the orange juice and the dried fruit. Then add the yogurt, honey and top with nuts.

2) Bowl of fruits and nuts

INGREDIENTS
1 banana
3 dried plums or other dried fruit of your choice
¼  cup chopped walnuts
¼  cup raisins
¼  cup almonds
Chunks of dark chocolate according to taste
Walnut kernels (optional)

IMPLEMENTATION
In a serving bowl, add bananas, berries, raisins and nuts. Just like that. Add almond on top and sprinkle with chocolate and/or coconut flakes.
